Payments & Refund Policies

For the purposes of subscribing to selected packages/services/products on the Kenaxs IT Private Limited website – www.kenaxs.com, you agree and undertake not to make payments in any manner other than as provided on the website or prescribed by the company authorities identified as Directors of the company with registered DIN licence under Ministry of Corporates, Govt. of India, without the prior consent of Kenaxs IT Private Limited. You acknowledge and accept that you have specifically authorized Kenaxs IT Private Limited to collect, process, facilitate, and remit payments and/or the Transaction Price by any of the prescribed methods of payment.

The full subscription/services fee must be paid for registration using the payment software of Kenaxs IT Private Limited in accordance with the terms and conditions/privacy policy of Kenaxs IT Private Limited. The subscriber agrees and acknowledges that Kenaxs IT Private Limited shall not be held responsible in the event of any delays in processing subscription fees by entities outside the control of Kenaxs IT Private Limited. In the event of the subscriber using another payment option, it will be the responsibility of the subscriber to provide correct information as required in the form to be submitted. Kenaxs IT Private Limited will not assume any responsibility for any incorrect address/email information provided by the subscriber, which may lead to the subscriber not receiving a reply beyond the stipulated 48 hours (excluding Sundays/bank holidays) from receipt of payment.

Kenaxs IT Private Limited uses payment systems as may be authorized by the applicable regulatory authorities for collection, refund, and remittance, as the case may be. The payment facility shall be availed of in accordance with the terms of this user agreement and the rules and policies prescribed hereunder.

Kenaxs IT Private Limited neither makes any representations nor provides any warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, including delays in the banking system, and shall not be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of delay or any payment process-related errors.

As Kenaxs IT Private Limited’s products/services are pre-paid web-based marketing services, the company shall not entertain any cancellation and refunds under any circumstances.
